Our Environmental Commitments

Our hotel is firmly committed to integrating environmental considerations into every aspect of its operations.
We are fully aware of our responsibility towards the planet and the local community of which we are a part.
We have therefore established this Environmental Charter to formalise our commitments and raise awareness among our entire team, partners, suppliers and guests about the importance of protecting and preserving the environment.
Team Awareness & Training
Specialised Training: Our Environmental Manager receives ongoing training on key issues related to sustainable tourism, environmental protection and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
Ongoing Awareness: We are committed to regularly raising awareness and educating our teams about environmental issues through dedicated training sessions and internal meetings. Our employees are trained in eco-friendly practices to incorporate into their daily tasks. We also encourage our team members to choose sustainable forms of transport, such as cycling, public transport or walking, for their daily commute.
Water & Energy Conservation
Resource Optimisation: We are committed to optimising the use of water and energy throughout our facilities by adopting efficient technologies and encouraging responsible practices among both our teams and our guests.
All our lighting uses LED technology, helping to reduce energy consumption while maintaining the same level of comfort for our guests. We have installed motion sensors and timers in communal areas and corridors to minimise unnecessary energy use. Water-saving devices have also been fitted to taps and showers to reduce water consumption and help preserve this essential resource.
Reducing Waste: We have implemented practical measures to reduce water and energy waste by closely monitoring our consumption and raising awareness among our teams about responsible resource use. Our water and electricity meters are recorded every month, enabling us to monitor and manage our consumption more effectively.
Waste Reduction
Waste Reduction at Source: We strive to minimise waste generation by choosing reusable, recyclable or biodegradable packaging wherever possible.
For our breakfast buffet, we favour bulk products and larger formats whenever possible in order to reduce unnecessary packaging.
We provide refillable Ecopump amenities to significantly reduce packaging waste. Additional guest amenities are also available upon request, allowing us to better meet our guests’ individual needs while avoiding unnecessary consumption.
Waste Sorting & Recycling: We have implemented a waste sorting system throughout the hotel to ensure that materials can be properly recycled and recovered.
We sort a wide range of waste, including cardboard, paper, plastics, metal and glass, as well as food and other organic waste. Our bio-waste is collected by a specialised company for appropriate recovery and processing. We also encourage our guests to participate in waste sorting by providing dedicated collection points within the hotel.
Responsible Purchasing & Local Suppliers
Prioritising Local Suppliers: We give priority to local suppliers and regional products in order to reduce our carbon footprint while supporting the local economy and local expertise.
Environmentally Responsible Products: We favour the purchase of environmentally responsible products, prioritising recognised environmental certifications and choosing sustainable alternatives wherever possible.
Guest Communication
Transparent Information: We communicate our environmental commitments to our guests in a clear and transparent manner.
Encouraging Guest Participation: We encourage our guests to adopt eco-friendly practices during their stay by providing practical information on actions they can take, including waste sorting, sustainable mobility and everyday eco-friendly habits.
We also provide information about local wildlife and plant life and offer alternatives to travelling by car, including bicycle rental, public transport and shuttle services.
And Much More
We regularly support local reuse and recycling organisations by donating equipment, furniture and other items whenever possible, giving them a second life and contributing to the circular economy.
We are committed to reducing our CO₂ emissions by promoting sustainable forms of transport and investing in more environmentally responsible technologies.
We recognise that this Environmental Charter represents an ongoing commitment. We therefore undertake to review it regularly and adapt our actions in line with technological developments and evolving environmental best practices.
Together, we are committed to building a more sustainable future and actively contributing to the preservation of our planet.
Thank You for Supporting Our Commitment!
